BRENTWOOD — Hungry patrons can dine on Mere Bulles French-signature she-crab bisque and chocolate cake pops far from the Maryland Farms restaurant.

For the last two years, the Brentwood brick-and-mortar eatery has operated a mobile kitchen on wheels as it brings upscale American and Southern-style cuisine to the masses.
